About Banning Lary

Banning Lary is an award-winning painter, writer and video documentarian and his paintings are prized by collectors from Palm Beach to Beverly Hills - Oscar winners, physicians, lawyers, businessmen, and others such as the actor Richard Burton. He was one of the first to incorporate digital imagery into mixed media works and has created over 100 educational documentaries on science, law, medicine, psychology and the social sciences. His style of Catharcism is expressed through abstract landscapes and florals in oil and large acrylic abstractions which reveal the unconscious mind. He holds a PhD in psychology.
